An existing customer can enroll on the application by using his or her existing customer ID during the sign up process
After successfully creating an account, you are ready to purchase stocks, launch the A-Trade app,
log in with Registered credentials, Navigate to Buy Stocks, select your desired stock, select market parameters, input your pin, and submit the order.
However, there are two options for stock pricing; Market: This option allows customers to add the number of stocks they want to buy at the market price, while
Limit: Allows customers to set the price limit for the shares they want to buy. Once the selected parameters are filled in the market, the stock purchase is executed. However, when the parameters are not filled, the stock remains in your order book until the validity period or the parameters are met.
After successfully creating an account and purchasing stocks and desire to sell your stock simply launch the A-Trade app, log in with registered credentials, navigate and click the sell stock icon, select desired stock to sell, select market parameters and input pin then submit your order. However, there are two options for stock selling;
Market: This option allows customers to add the number of stocks they want to sell at the market price, and
Limit: which allows customers to set the price limit for the shares they want to sell. Once the selected parameters are filled in the market, the stock sale is executed. However, when the parameters are not filled, the stock remains on your order book until the validity period or the parameters are met.
After making a stock sale and desire to withdraw your proceeds, simply launch the A-Trade app, log in with registered credentials, navigate to manage funds, select withdraw funds, input the desired amount to withdraw, then select Account and click on withdraw. Please note that the funds will arrive in the Customer account after 3 working days T+3, also funds can only be withdrawn to bank accounts added to the app
